The Society’s secretariat, located at our offices at 20 rue Bosquet, serves as the link between the Board of Directors, its Bureau, and all our members.

Responsibilities

The Secretariat prepares all events and conferences and ensures their smooth running. It attends all of them whenever possible and facilitates exchanges between members on these occasions.

It handles all formalities related to member admissions, renewals, and the collection of all information necessary for approval by the proof commission, as well as their formalization.

It also serves as the permanent link between the Paris headquarters and the various regional delegations, disseminating announcements of local events.

Finally, it attends all board of directors meetings; it assists the secretary general in preparing sessions and implementing decisions.
